Originally another strictly rhythm guitar-driven song I came up with, which on this take I finally got around to putting a melody & lead guitars on it!
A most interesting middle eight movement in the main chord progression, where I play on the top two strings two different shapes, while droning on the open G string (hence the songs title!!) ascending & descending over a Major 7th to Minor 7th tonality! Very TASTY indeed, if I do say so myself!
Originally had a more recent take uploaded (Take 7 done in 2010) but decided to go back to this older take instead.
